  • No—we only host one wedding per day so you get our full attention and the property feels completely yours.

  • Yes—there are separate spaces for getting ready and relaxing before the ceremony, including a Bridal Suite located .7 miles from the venue & a Grooms Cabin located .1 miles from the venue.

  • River Falls Lodge can accommodate up to 300 guests, with a recommended comfort range of 250 depending on layout, seating style, and event flow.

  • The fastest way is to check our calendar. Share your ideal date(s) and guest count, and we’ll confirm availability and next steps!

    A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due according to your payment schedule.

  • Yes. Every wedding at River Falls Lodge comes with a clear Plan B. We’ll review your rain plan during planning so you’re not making last-minute decisions.

  • Most packages include access beginning at 8am with end time at 10:30pm. If you need extra time for setup or extended reception hours, ask about add-ons.

  • Yes—rehearsals are typically scheduled the day before based on availability and your package. Some rehearsals are scheduled for the morning of the event OR the Wednesday/Thursday before your booking date.

  • Yes, alcohol is allowed with responsible service. We require a licensed bartender and event insurance. (No self-serve bars.)

  • Yes—couples are welcome to bring their preferred licensed/insured vendors. If you’d like, we can also share a list of trusted professionals who know the flow of the property.

  • You’re welcome to personalize your day. Common restrictions include:

    • No nails/screws/staples into walls/trees

    • No Real Candles allowed

    • Confetti/glitter [allowed/not allowed]

    Sparklers/fireworks [allowed/not allowed]

  • Yes—well-behaved pets are welcome for special moments (like photos or walking down the aisle), with a few safety guidelines and a designated handler.

  • Yes—onsite parking is available for 115 vehicles, and we can advise on shuttle options for larger events.

  • Yes! We require liability coverage for weddings, and we’d be happy to share easy providers couples commonly use.

  • Absolutely! —River Falls Lodge is available for portrait sessions based on scheduling and weather. Please feel free to reach out with your preferred dates.

  • We understand things come up! Because dates are often limited, retainers are typically non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to help you find an alternate date based on availability and contract terms.

  • To be respectful of the area, music ends at 10:30PM and all events conclude by 11PM. Outdoor amplified sound guidelines are provided in your contract.

  • Yes. If not included in your package: we strongly recommend a day-of-coordinator to manage timeline, vendor arrival, and ceremony flow—especially for larger guest counts.
